MINI of Glencoe North Shore

I had a good experience working with Cesar at the dealership. I initially scheduled an appointment just for a battery replacement but when I got there I had a few other things I asked them to look at. I was told initially the wait might be more than a couple hours to do everything, so I said we could skip one of the non essential things so I could leave quicker. But then I was told they would be able to squeeze everything in in a shorter amount of time so I wouldn’t have to come back at another time, which was really nice and helpful since I mentioned living in the city and about an hour away. The fact that they have little offices is also a nice touch for those hanging out while waiting for service so you can work. Customer service was great, so if I have to come back to a Mini dealership I will definitely go to this location.
