Enterprise Car Sales Glen Carbon

Tried to trade in here, used the online features to get preapproved with trade in, for 2700 down on a 2023 Audi q4 e tron, which would've mostly been covered by the refund from the extended warranty. I talked to one salesman, then switched to a second salesman, and then get told I'll need a minimum of $13100 for the deal with the trade.... So running my credit, and getting the other approvals means nothing? What happened to the $2700 down deal? If these deals aren't available to me why was there a hard pull on my credit with an approval for them! How do we get these hard pulls reversed from my credit since they evidently didn't mean anything for the preapprovals? Extremely unhappy with this.
