Stay away. Bait and switch.

Stay away! The sales team is horrible. This AM my family went in with the intention of buying a CX-9 but walked away after a bad experience with Joe. Customer service is not their priority. Bait and switch tactics, poor listening skills and rudeness are the qualities that Wilkins excels at. Was a previous Wilkins customer before they moved but will never buy from them again. Go to Pugi in Downers and talk to David T. We bought a 2012 CX-9 Grand Touring from him this PM.
