Dealership Sales Review
Well, I did purchase a car from this dealership, but I have since been regretting it. They were not transparent on their price and have hidden costs in the pro-pack. The sales team only cared about one-off transaction. Once I signed the sales agreement, the follow up was extremely poor. From time to time, the dealership has disappointed me with poor sales tactics, inconsistent/dishonest statement on their processes and inability to follow up/execute services that were in the bill of sale. Since the day of bill of sales, it took them over 2 weeks to get some accessories ordered/installed. Based on the conversations I had with the sales rep, I could tell that the parts werent ordered on time as they promised. And ironically, I had to remind them the list of items missing. When I arrived to take finally delivery last week, I found out that one accessory was still missing. Of course, they promised to call me back the next day like many other times, but no one has called since. This dealership has wasted so much of my time and energy and still could not deliver a complete product nearly one month after the bill of sale. I would cautious anyone who considers buying a car from them.
