I asked for an online quote from the dealer. Ted S sent me a quote which was competitive. I called him & finalized the deal. I drove down there specially approx 150 miles. On reaching there, most unprofessional team I met. I submitted my Credit application 2 days earlier & they approved it. They put on various kind of fees about the finalized price, even though it was "Finalized price including fee". Then after delivery they called me after 6 hours, and said my credit application is rejected. And started harassing me. My SSN then had various hits(16 total) from different banks in the name of Loan application. I ended up sending full amount after getting the loan approved with my credit union. 5 days worth of harassment by their finance people. When I asked Ted S about it, he washed his hands off that. I complained to Acura too, but no use. Will never buy another car from the dealership. Will recommend to sough your own finance if and only if u want to deal with this dealer. They are [non-permissible content removed].
