I had the best experience buying a car from Napelton Acura in Elmhurst. Phillip was my car salesman and he was not pushy at all. As a matter of fact I walked out of the dealership twice without making a purchase as buying a car is a big decision and I needed time to think about my purchase. Phillip was very easy to work with and very patient with me giving me the time I needed to think about buying this car without being pushy or talking me into the purchase. I knew just because of his approach I would be back to buy a car from him. Third times a charm, as I came back to the dealership and bought from Phillip. I absolutely love my car and Phillip took at least an hour and half out of his time to show me how the navigation system worked, how the blue tooth worked, etc. He showed me every single feature on the car and ensured I understood how to use it. If you ever by an Acura in Elmhurst please ask for Phillip to be your salesman he will give you a great car buying experience with the expertise needed to make the best decision for your purchase. Thanks again Phillip!
