The most unprofessional sales team I have ever dealt with.

We wait ed and negotiated for 3 hours before we made an agreement even with the sales manager. Then we filled out financial application, waited for 30 minutes, and the application did not move away from the sales person's desk, a General Sales manager said he cannot sell the car to us since it is 2014 and not 2013 which sales persona and sales manager agreed on earlier. So after 3.5 hours we just left since we were so angry on how indecisive sales team works at Ed Napleton. I will never go there, and not even to the service center for my other Acura car.
