Ed Napleton Acura

This is my fourth Acura purchased at Ed Napleton Acura since 2006. The first three vehicles were purchased with the assistance of an excellent sales associate, Philip P., who unfortunately he is no longer with this dealership (huge loss for Ed Napleton Acura). During the past 8 years of doing business with Napleton, I've had the opportunity to meet many of the staff and work with the great crew in the service department (Greg, Mark, and Dan). During my most recent purchase of a 2014 Acura RDX I had the pleasure of working with Ted S. and Perry G. The initial purpose of my visit was for an oil change, but every now and then I would get "the itch" and this particular day was no exception :) Both Ted and Perry were extremely professional, proactive and creative (for lack of a better term) in coming up with a solution for my particular needs. The entire process was smooth and non-intimidating, ending with a visit to the finance office with Jim Constantine who was also very efficient and professional. I highly recommend Ed Napleton Acura for their knowledgeable sales and service staff, and their great attention to detail and customer satisfaction!
