Dealership personnel are always friendly and prepared to service my vehicle. Recently I brought the truck in for oil change and tire rotation, then told service about driver bucket seat moving while turning corners. Mechanic found a service bulletin and ordered kit to repair seat. Great people doing a great job of keeping my truck prepared for the road. I am extremely pleased with driving 60 miles to have maintain my relationship with Braunecker's in Effingham.
