I purchased a new vehicle that was actually a demo not advertised as such. There were mats missing and we were promised them since April.... it's now almost September and I've gotten nothing but the run around. Our original salesperson stopped even answering our calls! Everytime I call I get transferred or have to leave a message. Once they get the sale I guess retention isn't important.
