Certified Pre-Owned had dry rotting tires, wouldn't call back

onI purchased a Certified Pre-Owned car from them, two of the tires were dry rotting and were 6 years (!) older than my car. So either they didn't fully inspect it or they ignored the dry rot to save money and certified it anyways. They might have even replaced worn tires with the old tires themselves, I don't know. When confronted they promised a return phone call within 30 minutes, five days later I still hadn't heard from them so I called again. They refused to cover the cost of the replacement, I asked the sales manager (Raul) to look into it further and he promised he would and that he'd call me back by Wednesday. It is now Saturday and I still have not heard back.

When you purchased this vehicle, a Certified Pre-Owned Inspection was performed, and the tires were within manufacturer requirements for tread measurement and condition. Unfortunately, it has been 9 months since the purchase of the vehicle, and there have been about 11,000 miles put on the tires. It is not our policy to complimentary replace tires after this much time and mileage have passed, but we would be more than happy to match any written tire quote, ensuring you get the best price possible on a replacement set.
