Had a cosmetic issue with my 2016 Dodge Durango. Took it to the dealership, had Douglas Adams and Pete walked me to the process of getting the item replaced on my vehicle. Every process with any dealership could potentially be time consuming but Pete and specially Doug made sure I was taken care of.
