Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I wanted to share my great experience with Napleton’s Arlington Heights. Last year, 2015, I was looking to buy a car on Black Friday, but did not want to spend a lot of money. I found a one-year-old Jeep Compass with low miles at Napleton’s. They had the best price I could find on-line. So, they won the competition, lol. When I came to look at my future car, I was really impressed with the atmosphere at the dealership: everyone was nice and very attentive, and the whole facility was designed for customers’ comfort. Once I bought my car, I realized that there was just one key for it, since it was used. I was upset about it. Luckily, Doug Adams together with Lou Poretta solved my problem with ease. I got an extra key, programmed to my car, absolutely for free! Thank you guys for a great service and customer care!
