Wasn't as pushy as some dealerships. Service department seems to be of high standards. Very clean and well organized overall. Provided things they said they would and didn't get the runaround obtaining them. Overall great experience considering when I bought my last car from another dealer it took 3 days to get the deal done and I'm still waiting on the mats 5 years later. Napleton Chrysler keep up the good work.
