Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

After experiencing many dealerships from different auto manufactures, Napleton Arlington Heights has by far been the best experience. From the front of house friendly staff, the sales person we had and the "closer" to make the final deal... everyone has a more laid back, approachable, yet really professional attitude. We purchased a used car we found online and they absolutely did not try to pressure us into looking at anything other then the car we came in there for. Our sales person, Julio, was a really good balance of listening to us, but also giving us a lot of useful information about the car. The process did not take long, but while you are waiting in between some paperwork etc, they have a very fun waiting room atmosphere with TVs, music, (popcorn!) and in general, it makes you feel comfortable. A big difference between most of the stuffy, quiet, and pretentious dealerships. The rest of the staff actually seems to look like they are enjoying their job, and the best thing is there were no sales people waiting like stalkers at the front door to "capture" you like most other dealerships do. We did end up purchasing our car, and we are very happy with the price and the car.
