Purchased a new Jeep Gladiator at Napletons's. Sales group was extremely relaxed and understand, I had prepared numbers and there was minimal negotiation required, they honored online pricing and were extremely fair on trade in price (based on market value), no bait and switch from the numbers discussed on the phone prior to visiting the dealership, which greatly saved me time on the transaction.
