Salesperson Christopher Schei was assigned to me when I arrived at the dealership for the purpose of checking out a specific Dodge Journey in this dealer's inventory which I had researched prior to going to this dealer. I told Chris right away what my expectations were as far as being provided with true complete pricing upfront, which incorporated only those rebates for which I was eligible, plus any and all other fees that would be included in an out-the-door price. I found Chris to be an honest cordial person (he calls himself the "shy guy" which is a play on his last name) to deal with. I have not purchased a new vehicle yet, but if I opt to make a purchase from this dealership, I will definitely insist on working with Chris again at that time.
