Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I was looking for a specific vehicle and saw it advertised for a significant discount on the internet. I contacted the dealership and talked to a sales representative in the evening to ensure the car is actually at the dealership and the discount offered is real. i was assured it's all legitimate. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Because I live 45 min. away, I called before heading out to the dealer to make sure the vehicle was there and that there are no surprises. I should have known better... after arriving to the dealer it quickly turned out the vehicle "was sold late last night". And the system takes a long time to update so that's why the person I spoke to in the morning didn't know about this. This vehicle is still advertised to lure buyers in as the dealership "happens to have" a 2017 model which they desperately want to sell. The famous "bait and switch" is live and well at Napleton in Arlington Heights and no lie is too blatant. Just get the customer in at any cost and tell him anything he/she wants to hear!
