STAY AWAY! The service has been HORRENDOUS being that this was my first car purchase! I am grieved to have ever done business with this company. I'm a customer who purchased a vehicle from Napleton's Arlington Heights and the way I've been treated after signing the contract has been an insult. A huge SCREW YOU you've signed the papers already! To add salt to the injury they've handled my concerns as though they are trivial! Not only did I purchase a car, I also purchased warranties. It wasn't even a full week and their service center disappointed me by super gluing the turn knob for my light into a fixed position. The guy said that I could come back to get it fixed (I live nowhere near this place) and showed no empathy! After that I canceled one of the warranties to go with someone else who has EXCELLENT ratings. It took me CONSTANTLY calling just to receive the cancellation paper and other documents I should have been given weeks ago! Again I'm back to constantly calling just to finally get the documents after speaking to the person that was supposed to send them! I finally get the documents and send them back immediately the next day. AGAIN I'm back to constantly calling to get information. I didn't receive a receipt or anything to prove the cancellation had been processed. I left voicemails. Not once have I been called back. Not. Once. Every time I called to speak to the general manager I was redirected to someone I didn't want to speak to, ANOTHER VOICEMAIL, they were too busy or just never called back. My mother purchased a vehicle from their other location in Elmhurst within a 24 hour period and is ALSO dealing with their horrible service and deceitful practices. We reached out to corporate and they tried to throw us bone in hopes that we would settle and constantly minimized our concerns and experiences. Not to mention the person trying to negotiate with us tried to pull the victim card when stating that my problem wasn't with her. She's supposed to be a representative from their customer relations department. To see myself have to go through this further down the line is excruciatingly painful when thinking of other companies that would've treated me better. AS. A. CUSTOMER & PATRON. Save yourself the headache and do business with a better rated company. I hope this saves someone else from becoming a victim.
