Lexus of Arlington

This dealer is only interested in racking up numbers. I was interested in their new IS500 and made an appointment to make a deposit on one. They sent several emails to me to confirm my appointment and I confirmed all of them. About 30 minutes before my appointment they called me indicating that they sold the car to someone else. The Product Specialist did not even offer to order the car for me. It was the BDC manager who called the next day and offered to order it for me. Too late. Lexus, especially the Arlington location, had put a bad taste in my month and they lost a new customer. This would have been my first Lexus, but instead they lost a potential repeat customer. I eventually went to a competitor where I decided to spend a little more to get a better car as well as superior customer service. Buyer beware with Lexus of Arlington.
