While on a trailer totin’ tour in the Idaho panhandle, I damaged an ABS sensor on one of my RAM 1500 wheels. After 4 days while at Priest Lake, I decided to get it fixed. I called Findley Dodge in Post Falls and arranged to bring the truck in for repair. Cathy was a terrific service advisor and they provided a courtesy car - which was terrific ! I left and within a couple hours the problem was diagnosed. The part would not be available until the next day. We were able to keep the courtesy car overnight and at 9:30 the next morning I was called to tell me the car was fixed and being washed. I am VERY impressed with the Customer Service team at Findley. This is the way all major dealership teams should respond, but seldom do. Thank you all for fixing this problem with a smile, so we could continue our Idaho adventures before heading back to Oregon.
