Needed a new truck in a hurry. Built and priced out the truck on GMC. Shopped around. Very few trucks that fit what we wanted in a Sierra 1500 Denali. Found a few withing 200 miles of Portland. Price reduction from MSRP was just the GMC Factory incentive, no matter where I checked. A friend was in a similar position last year, and they bought from Kendall Auto group in Nampa last year. He reached out to me and suggested I check with the Kendall location. They had exactly what we wanted. So I started the process and Ashley at Kendall was veery helpful in understanding what we wanted and how Kendall could help. Their original offer sheet was $6200 less than any where else I could find within 200 miles (Kendall is 400 miles from our location). We even settled on a trade in offer for my current truck. Ashley sent the financials, and bank transaction info, we payed for it, and drove to pick it up 10 days later. When we arrived, Ashley had the truck ready, helped us exchange our belongings to the new truck, had the Used Car Manager check out our old truck for Trad-In, and went in to sign paperwork. We weren't sure if they would try to change the price of the trade-in, or other shenanigans that many Auto Dealers pull. True to form, the entire financial transaction took less then 10 minutes. We were then educated as to the technological specs of the truck and off we went, happy as two clams. Overall the best Auto buying experience that we have had. Couldn't beat the price or the customer service.
