Im in buisness where customer service is my bread and butter. went in there to test drive pt cruiser, with a car loan all ready to buy. They talk me into using there loan dept no problem easy loan,he says, will get a low one for you. An hour goes by, there some issue with your credit, wow really thats why i already have a preapproved one to buy car today..treated me like a piece of crap,didnt even try to get me in a car at all. i will tell everyone i know till the end of time not to go there, and i see 400 people a day..[non-permissible content removed]....jeff
