Five Star Nissan

Bought a used Kia from them last summer with expensive extended warranty. Got home and realized nothing in papers about the warranty info. Stated calling these people especially Steve Seitling last July. It in now February and they have refused to send me copy of warranty after probably 15 calls and threats. Been waiting now 3 days for some one to return my calls. Kia will not cover any of this without the info. from what they told me at Kia I was lied to by the sales manager at Five Star Nissan about the coverage. No wonder they will not call. They also mislead about the price and that Kia covered longer under their warranty than I was told . Would like to string them all up by their noses right now ! Stay away ! Can they please show minus star ratings.
