Waited nearly 2 months to get my tag - turns out the car was sold without an emmissions inspection which is illegal in Georgia. I called the dealership repeatedly to find out what was going on and never got a straight answer. I ended up at the tag office to get my own tag (paid for out of my pocket) even though the dealership promised (and charged) to do it. Car also only came with 1 key - sales refused to provide another key but said they would get one at their cost. Turns out they wanted me to buy from an online vendor I had never heard of before - no thanks. To top it off, my car was returned from the emmissions test with scratches down the driver's side. This was, by far, the worst buying experience I ever had. When purchasing a Lexus, you should receive a Lexus experience. This was NOT a Lexus experience. I will never purchase from this dealership again - it's [another dealership] for me from now on.
