They made my problem WORSE!

I was having some very intermittent issues with my clutch slipping. It would only happen maybe once a week so i wasn’t too worried about it, but i still wanted to get it replaced. Nobody in town works on VWs so i pretty much had to go to them. They scheduled me for a 7:30am drop off for a diagnostics. Nobody was there when i arrived, and when I finally got my car back, they had ruined the clutch even further to the point to where it was actually undriveable. They wanted to do my brakes and the clutch for a frankly outrageous price. I called back and asked to speak to the technician who “diagnosed” my car since whatever they did to it made it 100 times worse than before. I never got a call back. I usually hear about how bad dealerships are, and this one proves that right.
