AutoNation Volkswagen Savannah

I went to the AutoNation dealership in hopes of having my 2019 VW Jetta’s battery reset as I have not been able to start the car. The work I was told would only take about 2 hours but it seems that the reset wouldn’t fix the issue. Replacing the battery with a new one didn’t solve the issue and with no transportation, I had to user Lyft to get back and forth from Advance Auto Parts and back was a pain on my wallet and my mind. After consulting my family, I decided to try trading in the vehicle in hopes of getting another vehicle. The process was arduous and nerve wracking as my credit was not the greatest and I have been at the dealership for almost 10 hours at this point so my optimism was shot. Thankfully, Mr. Ronald was able to work some magic and was able to get me into a 2021 Volkswagen Passat. An excellent car that has fulfilled every need I’ve had so far and I couldn’t be happier with it. Thanks to Mr. Ronald Grant and the team at AutoNation Volkswagen of Savannah for their help and support during a very stressful and confusing time.
