We purchased a new one. Before I visited them, I mainly communicated with Mr. Paul Silverman who is an excellent business manager. Through communication via emails, phone calls, and texts for a little over a week, we found our a sweet spot. A week later we visited to purchase it as we agreed and picked it up.
