Nalley Toyota of Roswell

I bought a brand new Celica there a few years ago, and they tried to scam me in the business office. After going through negotiations, this slick business manager comes in and tries to upsell me on a bunch of extra items. After not budging, they actually switched him out and went and got a very tall woman to try again...trying every angle on me. She flipped through a bunch of forms with a brief description and had me sign X and Y without asking me to authorize any additional costs and just saying sign here and there. I get home, and there is a 900.00 MAP (Motorists Assist Plan)! No idea what this is. After calling them and being shady, I call the vendor itself and they're out of TX and say they are a third-party contractor and usually are used as extra commission for the business manager. NICE! I raised the issue and they said I could come in, sign a removal form, and have it removed but it would not come off my payment, just the term. [violative content deleted]!!! Go somewhere else! Beware the scam of this place. That was just the beginning, it was a brand new car and a total lemon but I won't bother with that. Just steer clear!
