onI bought a used car & complained at the closing an item / Dealer fee / $599.00 was improper. They would not remove it. I am in the complaint process with GA Dept of Law, Consumer Protection Unit , who on their website has a complete opinion regarding this ( all sales fees must be listed & a link to initiate the complaint process. I am over 65 & also contend they took advantage of a senior citizen which is also a box to check on their form. I am confident I will have $599.00 refunded.
