I had gone to look at a vehicle and had been in contact with the salesman for a week. I told him that I wanted to purchase and I would come in to sign for it. He called me the morning I was going in and said it was still available and that I could come in and sign. As soon as I got in they had someone else there looking at it and sold it right out out from under me. I live just over an hour away and apparently they have a "policy" against even holding a vehicle for just a short period of time for someone who had already made a deal and was on their way to sign. A complete and utter waste of time and effort and all I got was a "sorry."
