Did not disclose information up front. Gave me a broken key fob for car and said they couldn’t help me even contacting them same day. Had my out of state address instead of my Georgia address so I couldn’t go register my vehicle. And after a week of trying they still couldn’t have it changed. Told me to wait 30 days until my tags get sent to me even though I told them I was going to order special plates just needed them to update address in dmv system. All in all horrible experience working with them after I purchased a vehicle from them no help at all just bounced around with excuses no attempt to help. Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone just because of the poor customer service after the fact like they only help people until they purchase then aren’t worth the effort after.
