Dealership Sales Review
I was initially excited about buying my first car and I found the perfect one for me. or so I thought. I went to enterprise car sales in Union City , GA where I was to purchase a 2014 Chevy Malibu. I sign paperwork, took the paper work to the bank. It took about a day to get everything processed I called the salesperson to let them know that the I had to check. I was assured that the car I wanted was available. I arrived at the location and the car was sold. management got involved and they attempted to sooth things over and hand a cheaper car and I bought the same car just different price and more miles. I was so extremely disappointed. I had reservatons but I still bout the second car. about three day after the purchase, the car starts shaking and the Brakes were bad on the front and back of the car. I took it back took it back and service was suppose to have been performed. two weeks later the car did the same thing , plus the back brakes and rotors were gone out. The car had 39000 miles and should not have been in that bad of shape.. I have asked for a carfax on the car and have yet to receive one. I also took it to the repair place as recently as September 3rd and Have had the brakes redone and I have had more front end shaking and the car burns an eccessive amount to gas. I just spoke with management September 11, and I have yet to receive the carfax and I decided to take the car to the dealership on Wendsday the 17th to have the car inspected. I was told that once I take it to Terry Cullen, let them know so they can hold them responsible. No resolution has been offered to me as a customer; "who paid cash for the car". All I ask is that the car be repair. This has need my worst nightmare. I have not had this car 9o days. RESPECTFULLY, PAT. ( one unhappy buyer)
