I have been in the car business for 20 years, I was a GM for the largest used car retailers in the US for 15 years and this was the worst car buying experience I have ever witnessed. They had the vehicle I wanted so I agreed to buy it. I negotiated a few cosmetic repairs into the deal. I worked with Chuck Tolar the GSM and Thurston Madison the sales associate. Chuck made all kinds of promises to sell the vehicle then refused to stand behind anything he said. I was lied to ignored and spoken to in ways that no customer should be spoken to. I tried to talk to Chris Cooper the GM but he was no help. The total of the repairs was less than $400 but they would rather lose a customer and hurt their reputation than to stand behind the promises they made. Stay away from this dealership. Even if you have things in writing, Chuck will not honor his commitments. Chucks attitude and statement was take me to court.
