Avoid if you value your time and quality service

onAfter scheduling my service appointment 2 weeks in advance, Ed Voyles still ended up wasting an additional 5 days of my time by failing to 1) contact me with any status updates, 2) failing to call back on multiple occasions, and 3) failing to actually get my car’s multipoint inspection performed. Even though I had a prescheduled appointment, they indicated there would be a 24-48 hour delay due to being backed up at drop off on Wednesday. Then after 48 hours, they indicated they would need at least another day (72 hours) and that I wouldn’t hear about my car until Monday—leaving me without my vehicle over the weekend.. At no point did I raise my voice or become uncivil, and yet, I still had this very poor experience! After the onsite service manager failed to call me back in a timely fashion, I removed my car from the service schedule. Avoid this dealership if you value your time and quality communication/service!
