No customer service for cancer patients.

onIf I could give them a zero I would! I have left numerous messages for the General Manager to call me as of this post he has not responded. I bought my first Dodge here in 2017 I have had nothing but problems over the years with this service department. I have alerted my salesman and service advisors that my truck skips. Every time I took it in for any reason I let them know. No one ever found a problem. Now I’m being told there are major problems and the estimate which I have not seen is 7 thousand dollars! I spoke to the Service Manager today asking for help with my truck he was rude, and refused to help in anyway. I explained to him I was a cancer patient and that I have been a patient at the Ed and Dora Voyles Breast Center at Emory since 2017. He did not even know who Dora Voyles was nor did he know anything about the center. He showed no concern for me as a customer or as a breast cancer patient. Does anyone know what I can do? They obviously don’t care about their customers or the charities the company is involved in.
