Service department doesn’t care about customers and claim expertise but really clueless. Recommended a proactive maintenance without doing their homework and confirming the vehicle qualify. I ended up with a check engine light and $1300 repair at another shop. Do not trust their advice. Service rep Christian Bird pretends he cares, but like their service mgr both are clueless. Brought 3 cars there for many years, never again.
