car lot is horrible. bought a car on the 9th of march. was told we could write a check for down payment for the 24th. was not the case. they rushed us through the paperwork on the 9th because they were getting ready to close so they didn't take the check. told us to bring the car back for detailing the next day. so my husband brought the car back the next day and gave them the check...it was dated for the 24th...they deposited it to the bank two days later throwing our acct negative more than 677.00 including the 8 fees of $36 each...bank helped with two fees but now we still have 216 in fees. so when my tuition check for the summer hit my account it ate it. i'm in nursing school and lost all the money they were helping me with for summer. have called the dealership several times and the sales manager tells me he is trying to find ways to help me. even have a voicemail where he tells me he hasn't forgotten about me and is trying to reach the lady at the bank. never heard back. called him this past Thursday and he said he would find out what the bank said and let me know. no call back. I would not use this dealership again. will not recommend to family or friends unless they are looking to be taken advantage of. very upset, very disappointed. it was a sweet gesture from my husband to trade his car to put me in something newer due to all the driving I was doing for nursing school and now I resent the whole situation because of the financial distress it put our family in.
