Service Manager needs more classes on how to treat people

onI think that Frankie was the absolute WORST "customer" service person I have ever dealt with. He did not want to solve the problem, he wanted to argue about it. He made it seem as though he wanted to tell me what "he" said should've been used in the Bible for all AutoNation locations. He was VERY condescending, big headed, arrogant and useless as an overall person. If this is the way that this service department is going to treat customers, Frankie is going to be without a job before long because people are going to take their business elsewhere.
