onScheduled an oil change for a 2008 Honda Accord. While doing so over the phone, I asked the receptionist how much it will cost. She said that they were running a special at $50 (Not certain exact change amount). When I brought the car in for the service, the service writer said it would be $67 "Out the door" but it wound up being almost $80. When reminded of what he quoted as the " out the door" price, he indicated that it did not include shop fees, etc. I guess he doesn't know what it the door means. At any rate, I was miss quoted on what I would pay from the very beginning!
