It took three hours to change the airbags. But I didn't mind. I had a good book to read and the furniture is comfy. Plus they have Starbucks and bottled water. Somebody came around every now and then to ask if they could get anything for you. I was treated as well as the other customers who were not there for re-calls. All the staff was friendly.
