onMy Service Advisor was Shelby. She provided excellent customer service. She kept me informed every step of the way. I had other problems with the service provided. After the initial towing of my vehicle to the dealership, it had to be towed a second time after it was repaired. My vehicle was there for a week in Jan and again in Feb. This survey is not accurate because some of my answers does not require a yes or no.
