Worst service I’ve ever had dealing with a vehicle. First off scheduling the appointment was a hassle, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I was told that there was a 3 to 4 day hold on all diagnostic checks, I dropped my vehicle off Monday at 11am I called the following Friday to check on my vehicle and was told I have to wait until my service advisor get in touch with me and they couldn’t tell me anything about the vehicle. Wednesday of the next week they finally got to diagnose the problem. I couldn’t even get in touch with my service advisor with the phone number that was given it would just ring and finally go to voicemail. Finally after 3 weeks AUTO NATION return my vehicle and I still don’t think it is completely fixed. They don’t deserve the 1 star rating but it won’t let me fill out survey without a star
