Poor Service High prices

onMade an appointment, dropped off, 30 hours later they called to say they could not test drive or troubleshoot because my break switch was bad. They wanted $280 to fix it. It is a $20 part at advanced auto and takes 2 min to replace. So a full day and half after I dropped it off I picked it up and replaced the break switch myself. Never did get the work I brought it in for even looked at let alone fixed. Poor process, poor prioritizing, horribly high price.
