The service advisor Cullen has always gone above and beyond for me. I went in about a warranty on my tires, which is very difficult to deal with the tire manufacturer. There’s a lot of waiting and holding on lines to talk to the right people, but he did all of that for me. He is very kind and realistic. He doesn’t try to push me to make decisions about my car service like some reps do, but he always lays out my options and lets me decide.
