My family and I visited GIM on Saturday, 8/31/2024, in search for a car, where we had the pleasure of meeting Mark Dawson - my sales advisor. He instantly greeted us with grace and professionalism. His time and explanation of the process was from a caring place where he ensured our questions were answered thoroughly (and we had a LOT). Not only was his professionalism exceptional, he made us feel comfortable, like we were his family. During our visit, we also had the pleasure of speaking with Tyrell, the sales manager, who was very kind and comforting towards us during our buying process. They knew how much I loved the mini convertible and upon our departure, Mark rolled out the red carpet for me and made me the happiest girl on the planet. I highly recommend this location as the staff really does make the buying process fun. P.S. I'd like to mention Mark, in finance! He was a joy and made the signing process hilarious. By this time, I am certain my tummy was sore from all the laughter.
