Peter Pham, my sales pro, was so easy to work with, this was a very pleasant upgrade of my Mini. I did lots of research on certified pre owned at the dealers near me, and picked out my first choice. Internet inquiry led to a prompt call, an appointment the next day with Peter, The car was exactly as advertised, and I love it! 💕 Absolutely no hard sell to switch to new from pre owned, some soft sell on extended warranties and service, which was fine, and I chose modest tire/wheel (great investment since run flat tires) and some expanded service plans. The dealership is conveniently located, modern and clean, with complimentary coffee, water and snacks. I would highly recommend. Also, Andrea made the financing and documentation so easy and efficient. The manager, Asif, was very supportive of his staff and customers, he was engaging and professional.
