From my first casual drop in to see what a Mini is about (which lasted 3 hours, 2 of which were after they closed), through my next visit where I 'rented' a Mini for the afternoon, then emails with what they were receiving in stock... until I finally purchased my Mini :-) Marc Thomson was informative, and patient - a wonderfully professional salesman.
