I checked on a car they had listed online. It was available for purchase. We went through all the steps for credit check and was ready to purchase the vehicle, just waiting on final call from dealership. But when they called back, they said someone had come into the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and bought it immediately so it was no longer available. Then offered to sell me a car 5 times the price of the one I was wanted and was approved for!!!
