Had tires rotated

As usual, the person I dealt with was very courteous, mannerly and informative. I had my tires rotated and also thought I was due for an oil change. The gentleman informed me that I wasn't due for an oil change for another 5,000 miles, as the synthetic oil change is good for 10,000 miles. A lot of places would do it and charge you even though it wasn't needed. Nice to know Toyota Auto Nation doesn't work that way. I appreciate honesty.
